Vadim Dambreville is a member of the Marketing Survival Skills Team that I belong too, and one of the newest members I might add. He just successfully completed the last December challenge for all team members in Marketing Survival Skills. He also was the first to complete it with 4 days to spare!!
The greatest part though is Vadim is so new to network marketing that Marketing Survival Skills is his very first program and He beat out the Pros at accomplishing our challenge!!
So what was the challenge? Glad you asked
About the middle of December, Mike Hobbs, our fearless leader, gave us 15 days to complete the following tasks.
1. Write and post in several locations 9 facebook notes that provided value to those reading it.
2. Create 3 facebook events that invited others to participate in something. He chose to do his on our Marketing Survival Skills free training that gives great value to all who attend it every Thursday night.
3. Connect with and convert from new contacts to new relationships 200 people on facebook. This is quite a challenge for anyone.
4. Create a welcome video to send to new connections on facebook or anywhere for that matter. There were a few criteria that had to be met, like no promoting and tell something that lets people get to know you.
Vadim not only met this challenge but he found time to encourage the rest of us and even spent a lot of time helping newer members to resolve issues and giving ideas for meeting the challenge.
He was a tremendous encouragement to me and very patient in helping me to understand how to connect to new people in the proper manner and how to move them to new relationships. And just for you naysayers that might be reading this, we did this without spamming, or using any other method of frowned upon behavior. The key here was making new relationships NOT converting to business partners.
Vadim used only the methods and knowledge taught in our training to accomplish all his goals and even had someone sign up as a result of diligence. He is truly an example to be followed and a force to be reckoned with and I for one am glad I am on his side working towards the same goals!
Thanks Vadim for everything you do!
