I used to have the following "book" tacked on my wall where I could see it day and night. I got it when I was in a Woman's Abuse Shelter a long time ago. Over the last few years of moving around I lost it. Tonight someone posted it on Facebook and I just had to grab it and share it here..perhaps I will print it and put it back on my wall.
It is important to me because I used to have a problem with always finding men that were not a right fit for me. I saw my life in these chapters and found I got stuck in chapters 3 and 4 for the longest time. But I finally found Chapter 5 and I am still reading it!
I trust God will use it to help others find their own Chapter 5 too

Autobiography in Five Short Chapters
I walk down the street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I fall in.
I am lost ... I am helpless.
It isn't my fault.
It takes forever to find a way out.
Chapter 2
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I pretend I don't see it.
I fall in again.
I can't believe I am in the same place.
But it isn't my fault.
It still takes a long time to get out.
Chapter 3
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I see it is there.
I still fall in ... it's a habit.
My eyes are open.
I know where I am.
It is my fault.
I get out immediately.
Chapter 4
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I walk around it.
Chapter 5
I walk down another street.
